Customer satisfaction is extremely important to Focused on Finance. As a team we make it our priority to put our clients first and not only meet their needs, but exceed all their expectations.
After every loan settles we ask our clients to provide feedback on what we did well and what we could do better. Sometimes we even get sporadic compliments sent to us by happy clients throughout the process of applying for a loan. We are always incredibly grateful when this happens.

Harley Radovan, director and senior broker at Focused on Finance, was awarded the 2017 Individual Excellence Award by Specialist Finance Group at their national conference held in Perth in November.
