Founded by Harley Radovan in 2015, Focused on Finance is dedicated to helping all people, young and old, first home buyers, families and FIFO workers, experience true freedom when it comes to making their finances work for them while following their dreams.
We're here so that you can enjoy all that the beautiful South West has to offer instead of spending hours trying to sort your own finance applications. Even better, there are no fees for our services in most cases.
As a finance brokerage that specialises in home loan applications we have two main roles. Firstly, we help people like you finance new property purchases including construction and investment loans. Secondly, we help home owners refinance for a better deal or due to changing requirements and objectives they may have.
Our bread and butter, and Harley's number one speciality, is construction finance. He is an expert in thinking outside of the box and being creative in order to help you purchase a brand new home and land package. He regularly makes deals work which other brokers have said are impossible.
We guide you through the entire application process, find you an excellent rate, educate you on the products that work best for you, and no matter what we go above and beyond for YOU.

WHO ARE WE?
The man behind Focused on Finance:
Harley Radovan is the Founder and Managing Director of Focused on Finance, which he started in December 2015. Harley began his career as a finance broker at only 19 years of age and has gone on to become a leader in his field as an award winning broker. In 2018 he was named Young Regional Professional of the Year at the Australia-wide Young Leaders in Finance Awards this was followed up with being named WA Regional Broker of the Year in 2019 at the Better Business Awards. He always dreamed of starting his own business because he wanted to work independently and provide the best financial services possible to clients in the South West of WA without the restrictions that come with big corporations. Harley values the one-on-one time he gets with clients and enjoys building lasting relationships with referral partners. Harley is known to work hard and play hard. Harley enjoys spending time with his young family, racing motocross with his son, Hunter, and travelling to epic holiday destinations including Melbourne and the Philippines.
